In addition to calling 1-877-GOBALLY for service issues relating to Bally stepper or video slots, you can also send an e-mail to service@ballytech.com. You will then receive an automated e-mail response with a unique Siebel tracking number for your future reference that allows you to track your service request through our Siebel online database. When composing your e-mail, please include the following information:

• Your name, title and the name of your casino
• Serial number(s) of the game(s) in question
• A detailed explanation of the problem or issue you are experiencing
• Contact information, including your e-mail address and phone number

A Bally customer support representative will contact you promptly to discuss how to resolve your problem. Please refer to your Siebel tracking number in all communication to help expedite resolution of your specific game-related problem.
